Draft — Pending Legal Review

This policy describes, in plain terms, what this website actually collects today. It has not yet been reviewed by qualified legal counsel and should be treated as a working draft until it is.

What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy applies to ocinstitute.org, published by the Operational Communication Institute, established by Zapas SRL ("the Institute," "we," "us"). It describes what information is collected when you use this website and how that information is used.

Information We Collect

We collect information only where you choose to provide it:

  • Operational Communication Health Check — a business email address, an optional organization name, and your answers to the screening questions.
  • Assessment and Certification requests — organization name, business email address, an organization-size range, and any notes you choose to add.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what is added and why.

How Information Is Used

Submitted information is used only to respond to the request you made — to generate and deliver a Health Check result, or to follow up on an Assessment or Certification inquiry. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Third Parties

We do not currently share submitted information with third parties. Where a service provider (for example, an email delivery provider) is introduced to help operate this website, this policy will be updated to name that provider and describe its role.

Data Retention

We retain submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain a record of Institute services provided to your organization.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting us using the details below.
