The Health Check Tool
The Operational Communication Health Check is a rapid, self-reported screening tool. It is not a certified audit, does not constitute a complete diagnosis of any organization's communication environment, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for operational, safety, or investment decisions.
Independence and Technology Neutrality
The Institute's Assessment and Certification services are based on a technology-neutral methodology. Use of any specific vendor or platform, including DriversChat, is never a condition of any Institute service.
Intellectual Property
The Operational Communication Framework, Maturity Model, the eleven-capability reference model, and other original research published on this website are the property of the Operational Communication Institute. They may be referenced and cited with attribution; reproduction of substantial portions requires prior permission.
